NFC provides investment advisory only. The Company does not currently hold a Manajer Investasi licence from OJK. Discretionary fund management services are not provided.

Coordination of PT PMA setup, BKPM/OSS licensing, and M&A advisory.

  • PT PMA establishment: from name reservation through Akta Pendirian, SK Kemenkumham, NIB, and operational licences via OSS-RBA
  • BKPM liaison: investment registration, sector compliance under the Positive Investment List (DPI), and LKPM reporting
  • Cross-border M&A advisory: target screening, structuring, negotiation support, and closing coordination

Model 01

Advisory Retainer

Monthly retainer based on scope and seniority of personnel allocated. Best for ongoing strategic advisory and compliance monitoring.

Model 02

Project-Based Fee

Fixed fee per defined deliverable. Best for discrete transactions with clearly defined scope.

Model 03

Success Fee

Performance-based fee, typically calculated as a percentage of transaction value. Best for M&A and large property acquisitions.

Model 04

Hybrid Engagement

Combination of a modest retainer plus reduced success fee. Best for long-horizon engagements with multiple deliverables.
